It’s pretty rare to see an aftermarket product that is actually made for the second generation Sequoia so when I came upon this product in my Black Friday shopping, I grabbed it.
The installation was fairly straightforward though I would recommend spraying your factory tow hook bolts with some PB Blaster long before you try and undo those bolts. The included light bar is nothing extravagant and there were zero instructions on how to connect it. If you’ve never done that kind of thing before, YouTube is your friend.
About medium difficulty to install. I have an all terrain package and it fits well, just a bit of a pain to get on by myself but it was manageable. Definitely would be easier with a helper to hold things.
Great looking bull bar from Armordillo. It will be a waiting game to see if the bar holds up to the weather and rust. The installation is tricky for the Xterra. We did not cut the plastic and instead forced it on with relatively minimal push on the plastic. It was a challenge but we got it on. I went with this bar as its "made" for the Xterra. Its close but not perfect. It allowed me to mount a 22in lightbar from auxbeam on it and it sits about 4.5-8in away from the car depending on the spot. Overall, im pretty pleased. I hope it holds up really well for the cost.
Thought the design was cool but install kinda sicked and the parts would not align whatsoever. Coating quality was not great either. It's been mounted for maybe a week and already is rusting. To be fair based on the sale price I am not particularly surprised. Not completely disappointed though.
Really like the grill guard that fits on my 2020 Ram 1500. It took a little bit longer than I expected to install, but looks great!

I was really excited to get this product a few months ago, although while unpacking it I noticed alot of things that stood out. The welds on the product were very questionable, also after just about a month or 2 there are rust spots already forming on the edges and where the peices connect.

The chase rack is great. Lights are perfect and we'll manufactured. The mounting hardware isn't that great, especially the choice of rivnuts. I ended up buying my own hardware instead.
Absolutely love these! They are subtle but look sharp as hell on my truck. If you’re not sure about pulling the trigger on these steps stop thinking and just do it. At this point I may as well be a driving advert for armordillo haha. Thanks guys!
Who designs this crap? I should’ve know from the front and rear bumpers that this was going to suck! I missing hardware and the hardware doesn’t fit where it needs to fit. The instructions are lame if you can even call them that.
I had this on my 1500. Wasn’t sure how it would look on the new ram 2500. It looks good, happy that this works on any truck, just need the hardware kit.

The pictures online make it seem like the mesh is thicker and not transparent, however the mesh is pretty much see through. The outside of the grille is nice looking but the mesh really should be thicker and not see through. Shipping took several more days than it should have but that might have been an issue with the shipper. I'd give a better rating, but the mesh should really be thicker.
This fitted my 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor perfectly. Direct bolt-on. I did remove the top bar as it covered the headlight indicator. Thanks for shipping internationally to South Africa.
Overall quality of RTX is excellent! With that said, cover was delivered damaged but Jimmy has gone above and beyond to make it right. A+ customer service after the sell! Will definitely by from Armordillo again!
I think this bull bar is beautiful , is extremely sturdy and instructions are easy to read providing you have half a brain cell.

This bull bar has a nice look, and unlike other Bull bars for the Frontier, this one isnt interfering with my proximity sensors or cruise control sensors. While the light bar is small, it throws off a lot more light than I expected for a small light bar. Installation instructions were a little challenging but decent for the most part. I saw where some had posted about the bar being open on the backside. It is not. It’s fully enclosed. At least for my 2023.
My only complaint would be related to welding splatter. There are a couple tiny weld splatter spots on my bar. Not big, but noticeable. I knocked them off and had to touch up the bar.
Outside of that, a nice affordable piece that adds a good look to my truck.
Great guard for front of F150. Had to remove grill to get the upper support mounts installed but overall installation was easy. Love the look of my truck even more.
