Awesome experience

So I recently purchased a bulk bar for my 21 Nissan titan. The product arrived and I installed it and it looked awesome. The negative is that my sonar guided cruise control would not work. I contacted the dealer to see if they had a solution and they did not. So I called back I3 and talked to Alex gudino. This young man went above and beyond to help me out. We tried to see if they had solution to fix it and that didn’t work and so he tried to see if they had another bill bar that might work. End result they didn’t have a different one. When we first talked he told me that I would have to pay a re-stocking fee and shipping back. I was ok with that. He got back to me the next day and told me he had talked to his manager and they waived the re-stock fee and they paid for shipping back. I will gladly do business with them in the future. Thank you Alex for being a stand up guy.
